Announcement of ZACF COMMUNITY CELEBRATION, Motsoaledi on 2 August 2003

31 July 2003:  announcement of ZACF COMMUNITY CELEBRATION

Comrades
This weekend, there will be a ZACF community project celebration hosted by the ZACF’s Motsoaledi section, the Black Action Group (BAG). Community members and their supporters in the suburbs will enjoy two days of comradeship, mutual aid, casual discussion and downright fun! The community project, with its food garden and small library has already featured in a foreign-made film on the struggles in South Africa and is a great example of anarchist mutual aid in action!

Dates:

Saturday August 2: Mural-Painting Day: wear old clothes, bring a tin of paint and a brush to brighten up the concrete wall alongside the Phambili Motsoaledi Community food-farm!

Sunday August 3: Celebration Day: a goat will be slaughtered and there will be traditional beer for all!

Times: as much time as you can spend, but things will probably really get going around midday on both days.

Venue: the Phambili Motsoaledi Community Project
